Family-owned (3rd generation) winery. Great structure with notes of apple and pear. Dry, with nice yeast and almond flavors. Great as an aperitif or with fried fish, seafood pasta, or fish soup. Selected as the best Prosecco by The NY Times, the clean and intense nose, characterized by apple scents blends harmoniously with a fruity palate in which sweetness and acidity are perfectly balanced. Super fine bubbles are pearly and very elegant.
